Vu Le runs a blog called Nonprofit AF. He recently stepped down as founding executive director of Rainier Valley Corps, now RVC, a leadership and capacity building organization focused on communities of color in Seattle's Rainier Valley where he was responsible for a $3.1M annual budget and a team of 16 staff members. Before that, he was the ED of the Vietnamese Friendship Association, an organization that provides academic, civic engagement support, and employment training to immigrant and refugee youth and their families. Vu was a 2012 Marshall Memorial fellow with the German Marshall Fund and was named a Nonprofit Times Power and Influence Top 50 in 2019 and a 2016 40 under 40 in the Chronicle of Philanthropy. Vu is a Fellow of the second class of the Civil Society Fellowship, a Partnership of ADL and The Aspen Institute, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
