Jason Jenkins is senior vice president of communications and community affairs with the Miami Dolphins. In this role, he has managed a multi-million-dollar budget for the team's front-facing brands and led crisis communications and media relations for ownership, CEOs, general managers, head coaches and players. Jason also created the Miami Dolphins FOOTBALL UNITES program to bring together 80+ groups of different races, genders, sexual orientations, identities, abilities, and faith around the power of football. Jason is a regional board member for ADL Florida. He was named a 2020 Visionary of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County and received a 2020 Pa’Lante 4Ward Award for outstanding contribution to grassroots organizing and LGBTQ engagement. He was named a 2019 Equality Ally by SAVE-Dade and received the “Men of Valor” award by the Miami-Dade County Black Affairs Advisory Board. Jason is a Fellow of the third class of the Civil Society Fellowship, a Partnership of ADL and The Aspen Institute, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
