Darius Graham

​Darius Graham serves as the Managing Director for Community Investment at the Greater Washington Community Foundation. Previously, Graham was the Program Director, Baltimore at The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, leading the Foundation’s grantmaking strategy in Baltimore and managing several of the Foundation’s signature initiatives and partnerships. During his four years at Johns Hopkins University, he led entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, first as the inaugural Director of the Social Innovation Lab and later as Director of Student Ventures. Prior to that, he founded DC Social Innovation Project, a nonprofit that provided funding and pro bono assistance to help launch and grow innovative, grassroots community initiatives in Washington, DC. Darius started his career as an associate attorney with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP. He serves as board co-chair of Community Law In Action, trustee of the Baltimore Museum of Art and co-chair of its Public Engagement Committee, and trustee of the Baltimore Museum of Industry. Darius has been recognized by Baltimore Business Journal as one of Baltimore’s 40 Under 40 and named to The Daily Record’s Very Important Professionals list. He received a B.A. from Florida A&M University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law. Darius is a Fellow of the second class of the Civil Society Fellowship, a Partnership of ADL and The Aspen Institute, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
