Kevin Epstein

Kevin Epstein currently serves as the Commander of an Air Force Squadron where he focuses on training and equipping Airmen in support of national security objectives. Kevin’s passion is in cultivating small teams ready to solve complex problems worldwide. Among his numerous awards and decorations, Kevin has been awarded multiple Bronze Stars, Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and as well as other medals associated with the Global War on Terrorism. Kevin’s passion is at the intersection of international public policy and developing small teams ready and capable of solving complex problems. As such, Kevin obtained a Master of Arts in National Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University during his tenure as a 2020 Chief of Staff of the Air Force Fellow. Outside of his work, Kevin coaches youth hockey focusing on a “character based” coaching philosophy and enjoys participating in adventure sports with his wife and children. Kevin is a Fellow of the fourth class of the Civil Society Fellowship, a Partnership of ADL and The Aspen Institute, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
