Jo Jensen is an entrepreneur, non-profit manager, award-winning producer, and marketer. She is the president and co-founder of the creative agency, Iron Light Labs. Through her work as a producer for documentary films, Jo applies grassroots and digital marketing strategies to disrupt the traditional film distribution landscape. Jo is the winner of the Non-Profit of the Year Shorty Award and holds a Guinness World Record for the largest attendance at a film screening. Across her career, she raised more than $91 Million for the issues featured in her films and has helped clients change 55 U.S. laws. Jo has extensive experience designing award-winning digital marketing campaigns and her work has been featured in national news outlets including the LA Times, Washington Post, NPR, CNN, and has been acquired by HBO, Netflix, and Starz. She was featured on the front page of The Wall Street Journal and was named PR News’ Rising PR Star 30 & Under. A thought leader on the power of storytelling and social change, Jo has been invited to speak at the White House, United Nations, Google, Facebook, Conservative Political Action Conference, and C-SPAN. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, a former National Review Institute Washington Fellow, and a graduate of the Leadership Program of the Rockies. Jo is a Fellow of the Civil Society Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
